According to the Certification Magazine (certmag.com), IT Professionals holding MCSE Certification earn an average annual income of US $64,000.

About MCSA

The MCSA Certification is for professionals who implement, manage, and troubleshoot existing network and system environments based on the Microsoft Windows Server operating systems. These individuals typically do not deploy new networks and systems as part of their job function, as is expected of individuals holding the MCSE credential.

 

Entry Application
There is a compulsory application form that must be submitted in order to be considered for admission to the program. Entry will be based on the combination of education background, work experience in computer field and professional qualifications.

Three common entry qualifications are:
1. Technician Package followed by A+ and Network+ Certifications

OR

2. Networking knowledge and 12 months experience in the networking field.

OR

3. A degree in Computer Science or related field.

 

Registration
The MCSA training package consists of four courses (see below).

 

The MCSA package fee is Guy $140,000.

The package fee is separate from the cost of the exams. All exams will be done through the Global Technology Authorised Prometric Testing Centre and will have to be paid for separately. The fee per exam is US $80.

The course material includes Microsoft Approved texts with CDs containing supplementary information, lecture’s handouts, worksheets and practice exams.

About MCSE

The MCSA Certification is the premier certification for professionals who analyze the business requirements and design and implement the infrastructure for business solutions based on the Microsoft Windows® operating system and Microsoft Servers software.
 

The Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) credential is appropriate for information technology (IT) professionals working in the typically complex computing environment of medium to large organizations.


The certification is internationally recognized and it is fast becoming the industry standard qualification for networking in North America and other parts of the world.
 

Prerequisites
All candidates should satisfy both of the following prerequisites:
1. Attend all four courses of MCSA program (see left side)
2. Successfully completed at least one of those four examinations thereby earning the MCP certification.

 

Registration
The MCSE training package consists of three courses (see below).
